APRA to Tour
Four SRC Reman Plants

CHANTILLY, VIRGINIA – SRC Logistics, SRC Electrical, SRC Heavy Duty and SRC
Automotive will be open for plant visits during APRA’s MEGA Clinic on June 3-5,
2010 in Springfield, MO.
SRC Logistics is the premier provider of third party logistics
services in Southwest Missouri. Their services include warehousing,
distribution, transportation and reverse logistics. They specialize in the
remanufacturing industry and provide customer service, engineering support and
new product development assistance to OEM customers. In conjunction with their
customers, SRC’s goal is to drive remanufacturing sales by providing solutions
to supply chain issues related to remanufacturing.
SRC Electrical is a major supplier of remanufactured alternators,
starters and generators to the agriculture, construction, rail, mining and
trucking industries. SRC Electrical was founded in 1991 as Megavolt based on a
customers need for highly reliable rotating electrical products and that
tradition continues today. The SRC Electrical team is proud to provide high
value electrical products for some of the biggest brands in the industries they
serve. Their goal is to provide product solutions that help their customers grow
their business.
SRC Heavy Duty is the original SRC facility and where it all
began. SRC Heavy Duty specializes in high quality remanufacturing of Diesel and
Natural Gas engines and engine components. By working closely with OEM’s they
ensure strict adherence to the original OEM specifications. SRC Heavy Duty’s
mission is to provide comprehensive quality remanufacturing solutions that help
OEM’s lower the total cost of ownership and provide a better level of service to
their customers.
SRC Automotive is a strategic supplier of new and remanufactured
engines and related components to OEM giants in the Automotive and Marine
industries. They are also a General Motors Powertrain distributor of GM
Industrial Engines; thereby, offering new and remanufactured, customized engines
to many markets that require alternative fuels (e.g. NG, LPG, and CNG). They
hold an ISO/TS 16949: 2002 quality certification that only a handful of
remanufacturing companies can claim. It is their mission to provide the highest
