Panel at BIG R Show

CHANTILLY, VIRGINIA – “Warranty Policy Changes Needed for the Future” will be
the subject of a panel discussion scheduled for Monday morning, November 1st at
the 2010 International BIG R Show, which is being held at the Las Vegas Hilton
on October 30 – November 1, 2010.
Joe Stillson of Precision Rebuilders in St. Clair, Missouri will be the
moderator of a remanufacturer panel that will tackle this particularly important
topic. The panel of experts will come from a variety of product lines and will
include both automotive and heavy-duty perspectives.
Stillson stated, “We will cover the gamut of warranty issues from ‘no trouble
found’ to ‘misdiagnosis.’ With distributors and customers demanding hassle free
warranties, we are all faced with some real challenges.”
Stillson added, “Maybe we should call this the EIE panel for “Enough is Enough!”
