Transforming
a Truck Diesel Engine into a LPG Powered Engine
September 21, 2010
CHANTILLY, VIRGINIA – APRA President, Bill Gager, announced an additional
seminar to the schedule for the 2010 International BIG R Show, this one
discussing “How to Transform a Truck Diesel Engine into a LPG – Powered Engine.”
Clemens Ortgies of BU Drive USA and Germany and Ronny Fritsche of the University
of Bayreuth in Germany will cover this new opportunity to expand your business
in to this profitable niche market.
The session will cover how to remanufacture and upgrade used truck or stationary
engines into gas- powered engines that conserve resources and are
environmentally friendly. These newly developed engines will cut purchases and
operating costs by 30 percent over those of a conventional engine. This market
has developed because engine manufacturers cannot justify the investment needed
to develop special engines for such a small market.
This session will be free of charge and is to be held at 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
on October 31, 2010 during the International BIG R Show at the Las Vegas Hilton
Hotel.
