Warranty Administration Program: APRA has an 800-telephone number that can receive your customer’s calls to assist your company in administering your own warranty program throughout the USA and Canada. This service is administered through APRA’s Service Assurance Program and the National Rebuilders Warranty Network. It is available to APRA members at no annual cost. Your only commitment is to purchase labels and tags that identify your remanufactured units by a special code number.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): APRA offers to members in a special arrangement with MEMA, their electronic data interchange services. The Management Information Systems Group (MISG) provides e-commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI) and Internet solutions to the aftermarket and works closely with MEMA members and their trading partners to develop applications that meet their supply chain needs.
